This Achievement Motive Level is about bursting the bubble on some of the dysfunctional conceptions of self that have been constructed in our minds by ourselves and by accepting the bad reports of others. We use the term Achievement Motive here because it signifies the Idea that is not bad to want to achieve, when you set your heart on the right eternal perspective. The idea of total commitment to reconstructing and creating the great narrative of our times  to form a more spiritually focused world is such a just cause. Together working in collaboration, we can challenge constructs of what success is all about, and redefine success and achievement for our own terms. Out of the ashes of a century preoccupied with the self and what the individual we can get we will push consciousness into a state more in line with our purpose of creation. From a vantage with manipulating others for commercial or social gain to an enlightened perspective of abundance for all.

Achievement motive is defined by the On line Medical Dictionary as "An acquired, chronic need to succeed in the face of recognizable obstacles; its strength is usually diagnosed from recurring themes in stories told by the individual." The idea here is not to erase the story completely (perhaps developed by the media , the politicians - you choose), but instead, to replace it, or reshape it, into an eternal spiritual perspective of an abundant provider God.

Administration in this sense refers to a position of responsibility the giving out of resources in the aid of others and the group. This includes justice, wealth, mystery and even the grace of the creator. How you distribute your energies and what ideas and dreams you buy into can make a significant difference. If given grace then share grace. This is the gift of administration.

Helps is a gift of working together. To get behind someone else's vision that in turn can help your vision come to pass. Helping other with their achievement motive can set you on a path to achieving your own purpose or achievement motive.

Well cities may not need a physical wall in today's world but boundaries are more important than ever whether we like it or not. Identity and self control can help maintain the boundaries that make connection with others possible.
