Administration Gifts Spiritual

The meaning for this spiritual gift comes to us from the Greek word kubernesis, which means to guide or steer like the helmsmen. The gift of Administration is to the spiritual body is like the rudder is to a ship. When their is the gift of administration at work the ship will smoothly sail into it's anointed destiny. In the body this clear direction is achieved in the planning, organizing and supervision of the parts of the body into an order that truly rocks.

The importance of the spiritual gift of administration is then evident mostly when it is not working well. When a ship is in motion and clear direction is given the sip will sail smoothly and quickly into port. This is like when a different part of the body will grab the rudder and try to take control of the whole body. More often than not in Christian circles these days it's a case of the head having too much say over our bodys. This occurs when we force our body into unnatural situations.

Distentions can cause rifts in the body. This is like the what happens when individual parts of the body are waring against one another. Cancer is a good example of how the body can attack itself. It's like there are individual rudders facing in different directions. The best way to counter this situation is making sure each part of the body is encouraged to fulfill it's full potential. In other words to get that gift of administration working for you.

Notice the prophet Daniel and the attitude he had to the officials of the day. He did not conform to the slovenly approach to administration. He would not even eat there food which was too rich in meat and instead opted for a vegetarian diet which set him apart. Danial structured his day around practices that would please his Creator and God. The administrators of the day made orders for Daniel and his friends to die because of refusal to bow down before a false God.

You also can refuse to bow down to false Gods and accept the world order that accepts the spiritual reality of all creation. Accept everything comes from and is a manifestation of spirit. Only when we accept the organization of our ways of knowing into categories that accept this reality will the whole truth become known to all people of all nations. The gift of administration is like the nerve center of the body which balances and coordinates the spiritual body's functions in the wider world order and in the individual.

Lets work together to get this whole Spiritual-Self thing working more smoothly.

NOTE: Although the gift is most often associated with detail people, surprisingly individuals who can see the bigger picture are also are often rich with this spiritual gifting.
