This page is about embracing and using the strengths of the individuals that make up the collective. Collaboration is different to cooperation which looks to share the jobs out evenly, in that it is a team approach. Collaboration recognises the differences individuals have and give them the chance to excel in their strengths, rather than punishing them, for not conforming to a mold. This is then the beginning into a collaborative approach to web design where you become a joint creator. It is designed to become a mind tool to help you in your spiritual journey.


The collaborative approach is a team approach, requiring harmony and a large degree of consensus, all directed towards completing the project. Approaches to collaboration then require a degree of team skills, which is not always easy when you are thrown in with people of different characteristics and life values. On the Spiritual-Self space, both Spiral Dynamics and Process Drama are examples of mind tool methods that have been developed to present solutions, for when people issues arise. If these particular tools don't work for you, use the mind tools that do work for you, and share your findings with the larger group. Tuckman's forming, storming, norming, performing is another useful tool to assist in the team building needed for collaborative approaches. With the collaborative web space this could be applied in the following way:


Forming may require you search this space to learn about the opportunities and together we agree upon some goals for the space.


In Storming we can clarify the purpose of this space but remember this is a collaborative approach we are using. We will need quite a bit of lively discussion in a grown up environment if we are to move on from here.


In Norming we are looking to find a degree of shared values, share ideas about working methods and introduce new mind tools. We are also interested in ideas to assist in maintaining a healthy diversity of views for our collaborative web space.


Performing or getting the collaborative web space up will have meant we performed in the zone, with little unneeded dispute. Performed with a new sense of the ways to know about spiritual enhancement and handled descent in a consensually appropriate manner. By later adjourning and more opportunities arise for transforming.

Alternately, the Collaborative Web space  could use the collaborative team approach. This involves the group understanding their personal traits through objective mapping. Sharing rubrics and graphs that give members opportunities to understand their strengths will assist with the Collaborative Web Space. Spiritual gift development:  Pastoring and Teaching: Collaborative Web Space:

This space is envisaged as a place to use the mind tools and grow. This is a terrific opportunity to sharpen one another in values, share resources and challenge each other in a safe environment.


Teaching:
A wise saying is, "When the student is ready the teacher will come". The collaborative approach allows students to construct knowledge in the web community with the help and support of others and the mind tools. It requires an understanding of diversity and where the Web Collaborator is at, and working with them to set and achieve goals. Assessment is approached from the original meaning which is to sit beside.


Pastoring:
A pastor in this collaborative web space has the role of shepherding. Like the Good Shepherd they are willing to retrieve any lost sheep or do what it takes to maintain the flock for their master. They are also responsible to create a harmonious environment that allows for some degree of lively conversation while at other times they may need to work collaboratively in deciding what to do with decent.

Words of Knowledge:
A word of knowledge comes through comes from the creator who is the source of knowledge. A word of knowledge may involve knowledge of society, culture or the heavenly Kingdom. It includes an understanding of how to use mind tools to move to closer levels of consciousness to creation. It is the foundation for wisdom which it works with for the fulfillment of creations plan.

Peace:
Inner peace is a good place to start looking for peace in the outside world. Is it any wonder when we see the evening news that we find similar conflicts within ourselves. Many atrocities today are done in the name of helping others, which has bred a mistrust in the big structures. Peace is not to passively alienate yourself from other life forms but to engage collaboratively in projects. A treaty has  been offered by the creator to pay for your misdeeds and buy you peace. To accept this peace and confidence to attain freedom from the self condemnation that one may project onto others.


Gentleness:
Gentleness is the skill of not being to pushy or authoritarian. It is more  authoritative in that it provides clear boundaries while also communicating a level of support. In time gone by the gentleman may open the door for a lady or place their coat on the ground for her to walk over. We may think of gentleness today with resilience building. Gentle help in providing networks and structures of support for others to autonomously achieve within their communities.


Heroes Spiritual Journey: Collaborative Web Space:

A new challenge. Here the hero will need encouragement from others of spiritual awareness. Like how the Heroine was initially reluctant for the spiritual mission to begin with, now having a new spiritual dimension the hero may want to snob and separate themselves from their former world circumstances. Perhaps the heroine won't even recognise the necessity of remaining "in the world" or the need to become a shinning light to others, but instead will try to hoard their talents.


There are three possible issues that the hero may face on their return. These issues arise because the ordinary everyday people may not care about, or want to hear about the wonderful gifts you brought back from your journey into creation, the gift you are presenting to them. In Spiral Dynamics  turquoise is about harmonizing and reactivating the individual strengths of earlier colours. In turquoise harnessing the potential of groups becomes a reality through it's understanding of cause and effects and energy transfers between individuals and groups. Turquoise sees the bigger picture and doesn't prejudge, predetermine, or foreclose on their identity development. By living and creating fluidly from moment to moment turquoise establishes an earthly foundation on spiritual ground for others to build.

Meaning: Working together in close spiritual accord the purposes of creation come into existence without resistance or oppression.
