Improving your spiritual life ChristiansThe keys to improving your spiritual life Christians is to then meet directly with God in spirit by promotion of the witnessing self (sometimes referred to as the observing self) above that of the self centered self. We have heard it said “be still and know I'm God” but few take this deeper than a literal meaning of not speaking and making noise. In fact acts of intense worship, love, music and art help us get closer to this witnessing self. These aspects of self aren't meant to cause division, but through the cross of the Prince of Peace bring unification and victory. Remember when David said “I can become even more undignified than this”. Right then he was giving us a key to improving your spiritual life Christians, while dancing, singing and rejoicing the lord wearing a skirt. This does not mean God only loves the loud Pentecostals, but instead that by loosing yourself in a mad crazy love relationship with God you may also save and find yourself. This is what David did in his extraordinary worship to the lord, and what you can do by finding and developing transcendental practices into your life. This other spiritual mode of knowing then becomes the world view through which we navigate our life course, fully submerged in the Jesus “same yesterday today and tomorrow principle”. When I think of the relationship required to unite the self I am drawn to my university studies on how children learn to read and appreciate young adult literature. The secret to teaching was to make the black and white text come alive for each of the students in their own way. This meant choosing texts of interest and concern to the students daily lives in the end bringing in all these particular interests and concerns. We learned about transaction theory and how the relationship is like a river acting on it's banks each having an effect on the other. Thats how I think about the living relationship we have with God. You will find when your knowing will is is in accordance with the spiritual-self God is full responsive to your desires beyond what you ever dreamed imaginable. This is the principle of abundance that is activated through transcendental seeking and dwelling in accordance. This journey will require you go beyond and climb further then you ever expected you could go. Weather you want to achieve enlightenment or some other unknown quality, like happiness, this is where you will find the courage and inspiration to do it. Articulation of dreams and speaking things into existence is a reality because your consciousness has power unimaginable when you attain connection to your true spiritual-self. Don't get frustrated on your search to improving your spiritual life Christians . If you have setbacks, sit back and remember God is not always accessible to the contemplative rational thinking. Put him in the drivers seat by remembering that Jesus said his burden is light. Ken Wilber who is widely regarded as the most authoritative writer on spirituality today insists “There is no reason at all to become sad. It is not at all impossible to recognize. Rest directly in that which thinks that it is impossible to recognize Spirit , and that is exactly it .'" thats where your spiritual self is. Thats the joy of salvation. Heroes Journey But to attain your true spiritual- self you will have to leave that physical realm you are too familiar with and set forth on an adventure to improving your spiritual life Christians . Like in the film Bruce almighty wisdom becomes especially ingredient in keeping the balance. Thats why we enroll you as the hero or girl hero for your quest because the hero or girl hero always overcomes in a way that has good outcomes for all. Conventional wisdom from what you have learned at school and kindergarten and the playground won't cut it in this realm. At some stage your going to need to trade in all those peanut butter sandwiches for the real deal and submerge yourself in the only real hero's quest. The quest that involves the spirit and the soul and victory comes in the form of an unknown adventure. You may choose to identify with Jesus in your quest others will choose Buddha or another recent celebrity. Jesus overcame death and the physical world we know on earth to complete his spiritual-self life path and free others. We are not in the business of telling you about your life path, you uncover that for your self.
